This service allows you to have a TABC Licensed bartender serve a responsible amount of alcohol to a guest, meanwhile dealing with any quests who may be trying to drink "one too many". Allow us to take the stress of serving mixed drinks, and alcoholic beverages at your big event!

Easy enough, you can do it online, over the phone, or in person! You can reserve your date online by going to our "Book Online" tab. To officially reserve your event date we do require a partial deposit. You may also get in touch with us via "Contact Us" and/or "Request Quote Tabs" Just give us a holler!

At the moment we offer 3 Service packages. Just need the Bartender? We can do that! Need us to supply bartenders and a bit more? We can do that too! We DO NOT have an "all-inclusive" package in order to abide by TABC regulations. Any one of our customers may customize our services, so you are not left paying for a service the goes unused.

Unfortunately, West Texas Elixir is not able to supply the alcohol for any event, yet. We are working on this on our end, in order to remain compliant with all TABC regulations. HOWEVER, we do offer a concierge service (pickup/delivery), customizable cocktail menu(s) and shopping list that takes a few items off your hefty "to-do list." Send us your inquiries!
